Its architecture allows for retail of multiple products by property owners and affiliates, like insurance and cars-on-rent. To the business, the system brings operational efficiency, ease of administration, opens streams for ancillary revenue via cross and up selling, besides, a guaranteed reduction in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Web application portal —the front-end that hosts the ‘web booking service’ interface. Here, inventory models, schemes and offerings are made available to the customer, with updated and conclusive information.
Customers get to see available options, navigate across and compare alternatives, make bookings. The portal integrates with the payment gateway to facilitate online payments. The system has a responsive UI.
iADMIN —the intermediary layer that controls the migration of data from the PMS to the web application portal. iADMIN is a management console used to regulate information and offers that are visible to the customer. It facilitates real-time reservations and can be synchronised with the hotel’s PMS manually as well as on automatic preset. Mapping with iADMIN allows seamless data transfer and collaborative interaction of the PMS with Atlas Stay.
With iADMIN, businesses can have complete control of inventory, run modifications or cancellations at par with policies and implement the same over an entire chain.

Atlas Stay has a PMS support database that stays in sync with the PMS at all times, allowing display of current pricing and availability to customers at all times. In the event of a PMS downtime, the system continues to accept and confirm bookings rendering business continuity. Once the PMS comes back live after an unscheduled downtime, the data is synchronised.
The application portal UI is custom designedby Arowana for specific individual or chain requirements. The customisation includes Social Media Optimisation (SMO) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
The System standardises reservation and bookings by providing access to a range of users (travel agents, corporate and end customers) from a single window.
